What can go wrong, and how we avoid it
Most delays are not production delays. They are missing artwork, a dimension that was never specified, a colour approved on a screen instead of a physical sample, or packaging artwork that arrives after production starts.
We send a written checklist at the start of every order with the dates for artwork, sample approval, packaging approval and shipping. If a date slips on our side, we tell you the same day.
Quality control
In-line checks run through production, and the final inspection compares the batch with the approved sample and the AQL level agreed in the order. We photograph the inspection and send the report before the container is loaded.
Frequently asked
How long from brief to shipment?
About 5–6 weeks for a normal first order: 7–10 days sampling, 25–30 days production, plus shipping.
Can you rush an order?
Sometimes. Rush orders depend on the production calendar; ask before you commit to a delivery date.
Who approves the sample?
You do. Production does not start until the sample is approved in writing.
What is the payment schedule?
30% deposit with the order and the balance against the bill of lading, unless agreed otherwise.
