A private label order is 20% product and 80% packaging and compliance. We do both, so your first container does not get stuck at the border.
What private label includes
- Your logo on the product (laser, UV or screen print).
- Your box, sleeve, insert and manual, printed to your artwork.
- Barcode (EAN/UPC), age label, warnings and importer block on the packaging.
- Compliance file for the destination market: EN71 for the EU/UK, ASTM F963 and CPSIA/CPC for the US.
- Carton marks and a packing list that matches your warehouse system.
Compliance: what we provide and what we do not
We provide the product, the material declarations and the test reports we hold; for a new product or a new market we arrange testing with a third-party lab and share the report. We do not issue certificates in your company's name, and we do not invent report numbers.
The importer of record is responsible for the final compliance file. We make that file as complete as we can before it leaves the factory.
Packaging decisions that affect cost
A printed box with a die-cut insert costs more than a sleeve and a bulk carton, and it protects the product better. For e-commerce, a drop-tested mailer box is usually worth the extra cost. We quote both options so you can see the difference.

Can you print our barcode and age label?
Yes. Send the barcode number and the age grading; we place both on the packaging artwork and check the print before the run.
Do you provide CPC or test reports?
We provide the test reports we hold and arrange third-party testing for new products or markets. The CPC is issued by the importer of record; we supply the underlying test data.
Can we use our own packaging supplier?
Yes. We can pack in packaging supplied by you, or quote printing ourselves — whichever is cheaper for your volume.
What is the MOQ for private label?
500 pcs per design; printed packaging usually has its own minimum, which we confirm in the quote.
