What is your MOQ?
500 pcs per design. Mixed designs and colours can be combined to reach the minimum.
How long does a sample take?
7–10 days after the specification and artwork are approved.
How long is production?
25–30 days after sample approval.
Is the sample cost refundable?
The sample cost is credited against the bulk order.
Do you make custom designs?
Yes. We customise wood species, size, colour, branding and packaging, and we develop new products from a drawing or reference.
Can we put our logo on the product?
Yes — laser engraving, UV printing or screen printing.
Which certifications do you hold?
EN71-1/2/3, ASTM F963, CPSIA/CPC, FSC, BSCI and ISO. Test reports are provided on request.
Can we visit the factory?
Yes. Visits are welcome by appointment; we are about 2 hours from Wenzhou and 3 hours from Hangzhou.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, for new designs.
