Why 500 pcs
Below 500 pcs, the setup time per order — cutting jigs, colour changes, sample approval, packing — is spread over too few pieces, and the unit price rises sharply. 500 pcs is the point where a custom order still makes commercial sense for both sides.
If your first order is smaller, the practical route is a stock colour and stock packaging, or combining designs to reach the minimum.
What makes a quote slower
Missing artwork, an unspecified dimension, a reference photo with no dimensions, or a destination market that is not stated. Each of these adds a round trip. The quote form asks for all four so the first reply can be a real number.
Frequently asked
Can the MOQ be lower?
For stock colours we can sometimes go below 500 pcs; for custom work 500 pcs is the commercial minimum.
Is the sample cost refundable?
The sample cost is credited against the bulk order, so the net cost is zero when the order proceeds.
How fast can you quote?
Within 24 hours for a complete brief; same day if the brief is complete and the product is simple.
Can you hold a production slot?
We can plan a slot once the deposit and the sample approval date are confirmed.
