What we can change
Almost everything except the laws of physics. In practice, custom work falls into five layers, and each layer has a different effect on cost and lead time.
- Wood species — beech, pine, rubberwood, basswood, plywood; we recommend the species that suits the product and the price.
- Size and shape — from a drawing or a reference sample; new shapes usually need one sample round.
- Colour and finish — water-based paint matched to Pantone, natural oil or wax, clear coat.
- Branding — laser engraving, UV printing, screen printing, hot stamping, printed inserts.
- Packaging — printed box, sleeve, cotton bag, barcode, age label, manual, bulk carton.
What we need from you
The brief that gets the fastest quote has four things: a drawing or reference, the quantity for the first order, the destination market, and the deadline. If you have artwork files, send them with the brief — a missing logo file is the most common reason a quote slips by a day.
If you do not have a drawing, send a photograph and the dimensions you want. We will propose a construction and quote from that.
How custom work is quoted
We quote in three lines: unit price at your quantity, sample cost, and tooling or plate cost if a new shape or print is involved. Sample cost is credited against the bulk order. Nothing is hidden in the unit price.
A quote is valid for 30 days and is based on the specification in the brief. If the specification changes, the quote is reissued.

What is the minimum order for custom wooden toys?
500 pcs per design. Mixed designs and colours can be combined to reach 500 pcs.
Can you match a sample we already have?
Yes. Send the sample or clear photographs with dimensions; we will confirm the construction and quote from it.
How long does a custom order take?
7–10 days for a sample and 25–30 days for production after sample approval. New tooling adds 5–10 days.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We work under NDA for new designs and do not show customer designs in our portfolio without permission.
