What happens on the floor
Wood arrives kiln-dried and is checked for moisture before cutting. Panels and shapes are cut on CNC and table saws, drilled on jigs so holes repeat, and sanded through several grits before finishing.
Painting and printing are separate from cutting so dust does not settle in the finish. Assembled products are checked against the sample, counted, weighed and packed with the carton data recorded on the product page.
Quality control
In-line checks run through production. The final inspection compares the batch with the approved sample at the AQL level agreed in the order, and the report is sent before loading. Every batch is weighed and counted, because a set with a missing piece is a return.
Visit us
Buyers and sourcing teams are welcome to visit. We are in Yunhe, about 2 hours by car from Wenzhou and 3 hours from Hangzhou. Tell us a week ahead and we will arrange the workshop walk-through, sample review and a meeting with the production manager.

Yes. We can walk the workshop on a video call and show the lines, the stock and the QC station.

Yes. The workshop in Yunhe is ours; we are not a trading company.
