Samples: what you get in 7–10 days
A sample is the cheapest way to find out whether a factory can actually make your product. Here is what ours includes.
What a sample includes
- The product in the final material and finish.
- The agreed colour, matched to your reference.
- The branding method agreed at quotation (laser, UV, screen print).
- Packaging artwork on a plain box or a printed proof, depending on the stage.
- A measurement sheet with the dimensions and the weight of the sample.
- Photographs of the sample before it ships.
Cost and credit
Sample cost is quoted per design and depends on the product and the number of customisations. It is credited against the bulk order, so the net cost is zero when the order proceeds. We confirm the sample cost in writing before we start.
How to approve
Check dimensions, colour, hardware, edge finish, engraving and packaging. Send your approval in writing; production does not start without it. If something is wrong, tell us which dimension or which colour, not just 'not right' — that is what makes the revision fast.

Can you ship a sample by express?
Yes. Samples ship by DHL, FedEx or UPS at your account or ours, whichever is cheaper.
Can we keep the sample?
Yes. The sample is yours.
