A busy board is the most customisable product we make. The frame, the hardware, the engraved name and the packaging can all change without a new mould, which makes it the fastest way for a brand to launch a wooden toy that looks like nobody else's.
We build busy boards from solid hardwood or plywood, with hinges, latches, buckles, zips, switches, bead mazes and LED modules. Every metal part is checked for sharp edges and pull-out force, and every board is drop-tested before it ships. Boards with electronics are built to the battery and LED requirements of the destination market.
Most first orders are 500 pcs with a laser-engraved logo and a printed box. Colourways, board size and hardware layout are quoted from a drawing; sample lead time is 7–10 days and production is 25–30 days.

Yes. Send a drawing or a mood board with the skills you want the board to develop, and we will propose a layout with hardware that is safe and available at our MOQ of 500 pcs.
Do you make boards with LED lights and switches?
Yes. Boards with electronics are built with a sealed battery box and tested against the battery and LED requirements of your market; the exact compliance path is confirmed before sampling.
Can the board be engraved with a child's name?
Yes. Laser engraving is part of the customisation we do in-house; names, logos and patterns are engraved on the frame or on a separate panel.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
500 pcs per design, 7–10 days for a sample and 25–30 days for production after sample approval.
