Stacking toys are the purest test of a woodworking factory. There is nowhere to hide: the arcs have to be smooth, the rings have to fit, the paint has to hold and the whole thing has to stand up to a two-year-old. We have been cutting and finishing these shapes since 2003.
Our range covers classic ring stackers, rainbow arches, balance games, nesting boxes and loose-part sets. Because the shapes are simple, they are also the easiest products to customise: a new colourway, a different number of pieces, a size change or an engraved logo can all be done without new tooling.
Stackers are usually ordered in solid colours at 500 pcs per design, with mixed colours counted together. Water-based paint is matched to a Pantone reference; natural oil and wax finishes are available for brands that want an unpainted look.

Can we choose the colours?
Yes. Send Pantone references and we will match them in water-based paint; a colour proof is made before the production run.
Do you offer natural, unpainted versions?
Yes. Natural oil and wax finishes are available; the wood is sanded to a higher grit because there is no paint to cover the grain.
Can you change the number of pieces?
Yes. Piece count is a design decision we can quote from a drawing; it does not need new tooling for most shapes.
What is the MOQ?
500 pcs per design; mixed colours are counted together.
